NEW YORK, NY – If you’re displaying ads on your websites using Google’s AdSense program you’re likely making money based on people – not content. This means that the ads displayed on your sites’ depends mostly on your users’ interests and not necessarily your websites’ content.

This is because, unlike years past, Google displays ads based on user interest, recently visited websites and re-marketing technology. The industry has changed greatly over the last few years and it’s just not like it used-to-be where you could place ads on sites about a particular topic, and you would most certainly receive ads based on that sites subject. Now-a-days, ads that are displayed are based more on who is visiting the site, and where they were before they got to there.

This is just one of many, many changes which have taken place over the last few years.

But this doesn’t mean the topic of your site plays no role. Users of one site typically visit similar sites and if you have good content and can develop inbound links to your site from relevant sites you can expect your visitors to be somewhat predictable in interest.

Here is a list of the types of content that will earn you the highest paid clicks IF, the users are interested in these subjects and the ads that are displayed are based on these business niches.
