There’s no trademark issues here and this isn’t cybersquatting. Not only the term isn’t trademarkeded or ever used as one, but the way the Trump campaign is using it isn’t any sort of ACPA violation. In particular, they aren’t profiting from it.
@Greg I think it would be reasonable to assume a common law trademark based on first use. Profiting is also debatable when both parties are collecting donations. I suppose they can use the parody defense though.

Also not the first time. This occurred when Hillary and her looser team completely forgot to register Hillary and her vp. Trump purchased this domain and used it against Hillary.
