Wouldn’t You Gladly Give-up a Little Bit of Privacy for So Much Better Security?

NEW YORK, NY – Imagine a World in which you allowed, or even specifically created your own little environment where all of your private communications and discussions could be monitored and recorded; all day, every day, till the end of time.

Sounds like something you would never do?

Welcome to Google Assistant; ready to help you wherever you are. Your one Assistant extends to help you across devices, like Google Home, your phone, and more.

Who owns Google these days anyway?

  • The Central Intelligence Agency
  • The Federal Bureau of Investigation
  • The U.S. Secret Service

With the amount of information Google holds and controls, I would not be at all surprised to one day find out that Google is actually secretly owned and controlled by the Federal Government in some sort of ‘mission critical’ data gathering endeavor designed to make life better and safer.

If only federal authorities could get society to share with them their most intimate and private details including their thoughts, interests and intent, the world could be such a ‘better place’… If only people would give up a little bit of privacy they would have so much better security.

Reminds me of one of my oldest quotes:

Google knows you, your friends, your likes, what entertains you, where you are in the world at any given time. Google will soon predict your next action, your next thought, based on a collaboration of thoughts past.”

Ask yourself this…

If you were in charge of keeping a nation safe, and the world was relying on you…. Wouldn’t it be your obligation, your duty, your responsibility, to know everything you could possibly know to prevent wrong-doing, or disaster? Would you take advantage of the latest technologies? Would you make it your mission to leave no stones un-turned?
