Holiday Sites Start to Climb In Traffic As Shoppers Get Set for End of Year Spending

PALM BEACH, NY – It’s just about that time of year and before you know it, “Halloween” will pass, and America will officially enter into its early stages of the “holiday season” when ordinary business begins to slow, and recreation, time with family and friends becomes the focal point of many.

You have probably noticed that it seems the holiday decorations are being setup in stores earlier and earlier – and for good reason. Retail sales are expected to top $1.1 trillion this holiday season. For many retailers, the holidays are the most important time of year making up a greater share of their total business. No wonder it comes earlier and earlier. And as an added benefit for those stores, a recent poll suggests that 43 percent of Americans think it’s just fine to put up decorations before November, according to new research.

With no surprise, some holiday sites are beginning to see the benefit of their exact match domain names as consumers prepare for end of year shopping and spending. Even Halloween last year was worth $9 Billion in retail sales.

Here are a few exact match domains that are rising.

Halloween.com (Alexa.com)

BlackFriday.com (Alexa.com)

CyberMonday.com (Alexa.com)

Right now, there is just 78 days until Christmas 2019.
