Super Great Week for Liquid Domains Worthy of Very – Very Close Inspection!

NEW YORK, NY – The year seems off to a good – no – great start, with lots of single word .com domain names and one .org topping the charts, thanks in part to NameJet, ROTD, and the NamesCon Auction which has led to several of these closed transactions as of late. Also worth mentioning is the ‘out of the ordinary’ colossal .org sale of Star.org, at SEDO for $225,000.00 (the highest sale through SedoMLS channel to date according to SEDO’s PR and marketing team), Wow!

.COM winners were Super.com at $1,200,000.00 Great.com at $900,000.00 Liquid.com at $750,000.00 (Starfire Holdings), Tokens.com at $500,000.00 (Starfire Holdings) and Inspection.com at $335,000.00 (Buckley Media Group).

If this doesn’t represent a Steller first quarter in domain transactions, I’m not sure what would.

Yes, 2018 is looking good for domain names indeed, and if you are sitting on a solid single word .com domain name, or even a very good .net or .org, it could be the closest you’ll get to sitting on top of a true pot of gold, leprechaun and all.

These transactions are sure to put your domain scavenging eye in high-gear.

And there are still many deals out there to be found, held and flipped for potentially 10 – 20 times their purchase price, or more; you just have to know where to find them – and most importantly, you have to have the liquid cash ready to go, so that your negotiation position is strong and your response time is the equivalent of lightning, because good deals disappear very fast.

Be ready to take advantage of the confusion out there; some are letting great domains go for very attractive prices feeling that the market is drying up some based on nGTLDs, cryptocurrencies, and blockchain, so have your money ready; as Uniregistry founder Frank Schilling would say, “THE RIGHT DOMAIN NAME CAN CHANGE YOUR LIFE” ®

Indeed.
